To reduce a burden of a damper mechanism which reduces a speed of winding a tether.SOLUTION: A tether winding unit includes: a tether drum around which a tether is wound; rotation biasing means for biasing the tether drum in a winding rotation direction D1 along which the tether is wound; and a damper mechanism 34 disposed so as to reduce a rotation speed of the tether drum during rotation in the winding rotation direction D1. The damper mechanism 34 includes: at least one rotary damper 35; a one-way clutch 39 which transmits rotational torque in the winding rotation direction D1 received from the tether drum; and a rotation transmission part 40 which transmits rotational toque in the winding rotation direction D1 from the one-way clutch 39 to the rotary damper 35 thorough play of a predetermined rotation angle. The structure allows small change of a drawing length of the tether to be absorbed by the play to reduce a burden on the damper mechanism 34 even if the tether is repeatedly pulled out or retracted little by little.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】テザーの巻き取り速度を減速させるダンパ機構の負担を軽減する。【解決手段】テザー巻き取りユニットは、テザーが巻き付けられるテザードラムと、テザーが巻き取られる巻き取り回転方向D1にテザードラムを付勢するための回転付勢手段と、巻き取り回転方向D1への回転時にテザードラムの回転速度を減速させるように配置されたダンパ機構34とを含む。ダンパ機構34は、少なくとも1つのロータリダンパ35と、テザードラムから受ける巻き取り回転方向D1の回転トルクを伝達するワンウェイクラッチ39と、ワンウェイクラッチ39からロータリダンパ35に対して、所定回転角度のあそびを介して巻き取り回転方向D1の回転トルクを伝達する回転伝達部40とを含む。これにより、小刻みにテザーの出し入れが繰り返されても、テザー引き出し量の微量な変化はあそびにより吸収されるため、ダンパ機構34への負担を軽減することができる。【選択図】図4
