To provide a thrust force generating device which can secure cooling performance of a motor even if a spinner is attached thereto.SOLUTION: A thrust force generating device 10 includes: a propeller 102; a motor 20 having a shaft 32 fixed to the propeller 102; and a spinner 104 fixed to the shaft 32 and covering a fixing part where the shaft 32 is fixed to the propeller 102. The spinner 104 has insertion holes 116 each functioning a vent hole allowing communication between the inside and the outside of the spinner 104; and fins 118 which are formed arranged in a circumferential direction of the spinner 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
