To provide a capacitive sensor capable of suppressing a decrease of the detection accuracy of sensor electrodes even in hot and humid conditions.SOLUTION: A capacitive sensor 100 includes: a foam sheet 113 that has the front side and the back side; a capacitive sensor electrode 112 placed on the surface of the foam sheet 113; and a surface layer 111 arranged over the surface opposite to the side where the foam sheet 113 is disposed on the sensor electrode 112. In the foam sheet 113, multiple open pores 113b are formed from multiple closed pores 113a which are formed along one side at least of the front side and the back side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
