To provide an operating lever capable of easily suppressing or damping vibration in a plurality of frequency ranges using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An operating lever 10 is provided, comprising a knob 12 having a space 13 capable of accommodating a mass body 14 therein, the mass body 14 being configured to be switchable from a fixed state where displacement thereof in the space 13 is limited by a given fixing force to a mobile state where the mass body is movable exceeding the limited displacement in the fixed state upon receipt of an external force exceeding the given fixing force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
