To provide a device capable of supplying a boil-off gas as a fuel of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A gas fuel supply system includes a boil-off gas pipe 42 for connecting a boil-off gas outlet of a storage tank 26 to an inlet of a compressor unit 48 and guiding flow of the boil-off gas to the compressor unit, and a first heat exchanger 43. The boil-off gas pipe is passed through the first heat exchanger so that heat of the boil-off gas flow is exchanged in the first heat exchanger, and the compressor unit creates a pressurized gas fuel flow by increasing a pressure of the boil-off gas flow. A re-liquefaction pipe 46 is connected to an outlet of the compressor unit so that a second part of the pressurized gas fuel flow is passed through the first heat exchanger for heat exchange with the boil-off gas flowing in the first heat exchanger, and continuously the second part of the pressurized gas fuel flow is passed through a high-pressure vaporizer for heat exchange with the high-pressure liquefied fuel flow flowing in a high-pressure vaporizer 38 or the vaporized gas fuel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
