To provide a construction gauge measuring device capable of measuring a construction gauge with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A construction gauge measuring device includes: a data acquisition unit for acquiring three-dimensional point group data in that a shape of an object existing in a periphery of a track is shown by a three-dimensional point group and track center line data of rails scanned by a laser scanner provided on a measurement vehicle in a traveling direction of the measurement vehicle traveling on two rails; an area storage unit for storing area data showing a two-dimensional construction gauge area of a determination target vehicle when it is arranged on the three-dimensional data; an area arrangement unit for sequentially arranging a plurality of construction gauge areas according to the track center line data based on the area data of the area storage unit; an area change unit for changing the construction gauge areas arranged based on additional information of the rails associated with the track center line data; a connection area generation unit for generating a connection area connecting the plurality of construction gauge areas changed by the area change unit; and a detection unit for determining whether or not the three-dimensional point group data acquired by the data acquisition unit is included in the connection area so as to detect an obstacle with respect to the traveling of the determination target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
