To provide a vehicle control device, a vehicle, and a vehicle control method capable of finely suppressing the generation of rattling sound in a transfer.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 122 controls a vehicle 10 that is equipped with: a transfer 38 that is provided in a driving force transmission path 11 transmitting driving force from a drive source 30 to first driving wheels 36l and 36r and second driving wheels 48l and 48r, has a plurality of gears 82 and 84, and converts a direction of a rotary shaft transmitting the driving force; a driving force transmission shaft 40 that transmits the driving force transmitted through the transfer to the second driving wheels; and a clutch 42 that adjusts the driving force transmitted to the second driving wheels through the driving force transmission shaft. The vehicle control device includes a detecting unit 188 that detects a physical amount according to the variation amount of torque supplied to the driving force transmission shaft, and a control unit 186 that increases the driving force supplied to the second driving wheels by increasing a coupling degree of the clutch, when the physical amount is a threshold value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
