To make it possible to provide appropriate operation support.SOLUTION: A first imaging unit 201 captures an image of an outside of a vehicle, and a second imaging unit 202 captures an image of a driver. An image processing unit 203 detects a line of sight of the driver. An information acquisition unit 205 acquires status information indicating surrounding environment. An operation parameter information generation unit 206 generates operation parameter information as parameter information, such as a current position detected by a self-position detection unit 204, travel control information generated by a travel control unit, information indicating the line of sight of the driver, and information indicating the surrounding environment. A determination unit 209 performs risk determination based on difference between operation parameter information indicating a state of the vehicle or the driver and optimum parameter information indicating an optimum state of the vehicle or the driver in a current position and current peripheral environment. An information presenting unit 214 presents drive support information based on determination results.
