To solve following problems in which: reduced rolling resistance of a tire is required as global warming causes stricter environmental regulation, resulting in an increased rate of blending of silica; and increased hardness and elastic moduli are effective means to compensate for a deterioration of steering stability due to low exothermicity of a silica-containing rubber composition, but improved balance between low rolling resistance and rupture properties is required; while there is another problem in which an increased rate of vulcanization enables increased tire productivity but causes decreased rupture properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a tire rubber composition that has 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber compounded with 1-300 pts.mass of silica and 0.1-20 pts.mass of a phenolic resin having, in the molecule, at least one ethyleneamine-derived structural unit represented by -(NH-C2H4)-.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】地球温暖化に伴う環境規制の高まりに伴い、タイヤの低転がり抵抗化が求められており、シリカの高配合化、高配合比率化が行われてきた。シリカ配合ゴム組成物の低発熱性に起因する操縦安定性の低下を補うため、高硬度化、高弾性率化は有効な手段であるが、低転がり抵抗性と破断物性とのさらなる高次バランス化が求められている。一方、加硫速度を速めるとタイヤの生産性を向上できるが、破断物性が低下するという課題がある。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、シリカを1〜300質量部、および分子中に−(NH−C2H4)−で表されるエチレンアミン由来の構造単位を少なくとも1個以上有するフェノール樹脂を0.1〜20質量部配合してなるタイヤ用ゴム組成物によって、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
