To solve the problem in which: enhanced tire performances require highly balanced fulfillment of Magic Triangle performances; but, simultaneous enhancement of these three performances is considered to be very difficult in the industry; on the other hand, such a technique appears recently that blends silica with a high specific surface in response to increasing needs for enhanced tire performances, but yet such silica is very difficult to disperse in rubber.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a rubber composition that comprises, based on 100 parts by mass of a diene-based rubber, 5-200 parts by mass of silica, and contains a silane coupling agent and a polyglycerin fatty acid ester derived from a C6-24 fatty acid in amounts of 1-20 mass% and 1-20 mass%, respectively, with respect to the mass of the silica.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】タイヤ高性能化には、マジックトライアングル性能を高次にバランスすることが必要となるが、これら3つの性能を同時に高めることは、当業界で相当困難な事項であると認識されている。一方、近年、益々強まるタイヤ高性能化への要求に伴い、高比表面積のシリカを配合する技術が知られているが、このようなシリカはゴム中での分散が極めて難しいという問題点がある。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、シリカを5〜200質量部、シランカップリング剤を前記シリカの質量に対し1〜20質量%、および炭素数6〜24の脂肪酸を由来とするポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを前記シリカの質量に対し1〜20質量%配合してなることを特徴とするゴム組成物によって、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
