To provide an elevator, an elevator system, and an elevator control method for controlling the operation such that inconvenience is not caused to general users due to utilization of mobile bodies.SOLUTION: An elevator comprises: a call registration unit; a congestion degree information acquisition unit; and a mobile body information processing unit. The call registration unit registers a mobile body landing call upon acquisition of a landing call registration request related to a self-traveling mobile body to use an elevator, and registers a user landing call upon acquisition of a landing call registration request according to operation by a general user of the elevator. The congestion degree information acquisition unit acquires information indicating a degree of congestion at a landing hall of the elevator. When a mobile body landing call and a user landing call are registered, and a degree of congestion acquired by the congestion degree information acquisition unit exceeds a predetermined threshold, the mobile body information processing unit cancels the mobile body landing call.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
