The invention relates to an elevator control method, an elevator control system and an elevator system. The elevator control method comprises the following steps: receiving an elevator calling request and user information from a client; generating elevator atmosphere information by using an elevator atmosphere model based on the user information; and sending the elevator calling request and the elevator atmosphere information to an elevator calling device, so that the elevator calling device calls an elevator based on the elevator calling request and controls the elevator atmosphere energy of the called elevator based on the elevator atmosphere information.
