To provide a vehicle attitude control device capable of suppressing uplift of an inner rear part of a vehicle body during turning in a vehicle in which a roll axis of the vehicle body is set to tilt forward.SOLUTION: A vehicle attitude control device for controlling an attitude of a vehicle (1) in which a wheel suspension device (3) is configured such that a roll axis inclines downwardly in a forward direction. The vehicle attitude control device includes: a lateral acceleration sensor (22) for detecting lateral acceleration of the vehicle while traveling; a brake actuator (8) for applying braking force to a wheel of the vehicle; and a brake control device (14a), based on a traveling state of the vehicle, for sending a control signal to the brake actuator to generate the braking force. While the vehicle is turning and traveling based on a cutting-in operation of a steering wheel (6) of the vehicle, when the lateral acceleration of the vehicle is large, the brake control device applies, to an inner rear wheel of the vehicle during turning, braking force larger than that when the lateral acceleration of the vehicle is small, to execute attitude control of the vehicle for suppressing uplift of an inner rear part of a vehicle body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
