To provide a subject surface treating device, a treating method and an unmanned flight body which enables a worker to easily remove an object to be cleaned such as spider's web without assembling scaffold and to provide a subject surface treating device, treating method and an unmanned flight body capable of maintenance of subject to be repaired.SOLUTION: A subject surface treating device 10 includes an unmanned flight unit 11 which is flyable by a remote operation or an automatic steering and a cleaning unit 30b which is followable to a cleaning surface 11. The cleaning unit 30b includes removing material 53 for removing objects 5 to be cleaned attached to a cleaning surface 11 and is constituted so as to move the unmanned flight unit 11 while making the removing material 53 follow along the cleaning surface 11 by remote control or automatic steering upon flight of the unmanned flight unit 11.     【課題】足場を組立てることなく、作業者が容易に蜘蛛の巣等の被清掃物を除去可能な被対象面処理装置、処理方法及び無人飛行体を提供する。また、被補修物を補修可能な被対象面処理装置、処理方法及び無人飛行体を提供する。【解決手段】被対象面処理装置10は、遠隔操作又は自動操縦により飛行可能な無人飛行ユニット11と、清掃面11に追従可能な清掃ユニット30bと、を備えている。清掃ユニット30bは、清掃面11に付着した被清掃物5を除去する除去材53を備え、無人飛行ユニット11の飛行時に遠隔操作又は自動操縦により、除去材53を清掃面11に沿って追従させながら、無人飛行ユニット11を移動させるように構成されている。これにより、蜘蛛の巣等の被清掃物5が除去材53によって除去される。【選択図】図11
