To provide a roadside machine, an on-vehicle machine, and a traffic communication system allowing road-vehicle communication to be applied to an on-vehicle camera control.SOLUTION: A roadside machine 200 used in a traffic communication system comprises: a communication section 21 performing radio communication with a vehicle traveling on a road; and a processor 22a acquiring a pick-up image from a first camera installed around the road.
