To provide an influence degree display device which can inhibit progression of deterioration of a secondary battery, and to provide an influence degree display method and a program.SOLUTION: An influence degree display device 100 includes: an acquisition part 110 which acquires information on significance of an influential factor which influences progression of deterioration of a secondary battery 40 which stores electric power for driving an electric vehicle 10; a display part 130 which displays images; and a display control part 120 which causes the display part 130 to display an image showing a degree of the influence on the progression of the deterioration of the secondary battery 40 by the acquired significance of the influential factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
