To provide a charging cable with a winding device suppressing a heat release value of a cable even if charging (energization) is performed in a state where a part of the cable is wound up.SOLUTION: A charging cable 1 with a winding device has: a cable 2 having at one end, a plug 3 connected to a power source side, and having at the other end, a power supply plug 4 connected to a power supply side of a vehicle; a winding device 5 winding a cable; and cooling means 18 cooling the cable wound by the winding device.
