The inner cylinder is inserted inside the stopper member. The stopper member includes a locked part 17 locked to a locking part 18 provided to the other of the vibration generation part and the vibration receiving part. The locked part is arranged in a radial direction of the main body rubber on an outer side than a center part in the radial direction.
