To restrain a large load onto a locked part when vibration is inputted.SOLUTION: A stopper member 1 is arranged between an outer cylinder of a bush 11 including an outer cylinder 12 mounted to any one of a vibration generation part M and a vibration receiving part B, an inner cylinder 13 mounted to the other of the parts, and main body rubber 14 coupling an inner periphery of the outer cylinder and an outer periphery of the inner cylinder, and the other of the vibration generation part and the vibration receiving part, and is formed elastically deformably. The inner cylinder is inserted inside the stopper member. The stopper member includes a locked part 17 locked to a locking part 18 provided to the other of the vibration generation part and the vibration receiving part, and a stopper protrusion 24 projecting toward the outer cylinder 12 in an axial direction along a center axial line O of the inner cylinder.
