To improve the durability of an insulation hook used for an overhead crane for electrolytic refining facility.SOLUTION: A crane side base body 141, an intermediate insulating plate 146, and a hook side base body 143 are fastened with a bolt 147 and a nut 148 passing therethrough. Insulation washers 150, 151 are arranged on an abutment surface between a head part of the bolt 147 or the nut 148 and a flange 142 of the crane side base body 141 and an abutment surface between the head part of the bolt 147 or the nut 148 and a flange 144 of the hook side base body 143. A cylindrical insulating sleeve 149 is arranged on a side surface of a shaft part of the bolt 147 to cover a whole circumference of the side surface. The intermediate insulating plate 146 and the insulation washers 150, 151 contain a fabric based material phenol resin including a reinforcing base material as their main constituents. The insulating sleeve 149 serves as an insulation hook 14 including a phenol resin which does not contain a reinforcing base material, or a fabric based material phenol resin as its main constituent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
