The transmission 2 comprises: a transmission output gear 22; and a transmission gear mechanism 21 that gear-changes and transmits rotation input to the transmission 2 to the transmission output gear 22. The differential gear device 3 comprises: a differential input gear 31 that engages with the transmission output gear 22; and a differential gear mechanism 32 that distributes rotation of the differential input gear 31 to a pair of output members 4. An outside diameter of the transmission output gear 22 is smaller than an output diameter of the rotary electric machine 1, an outside diameter of the transmission gear mechanism 21 is larger than the outside diameter of the transmission output gear 22, and an outside diameter of the differential input gear 31 is larger than an outside diameter of the differential gear mechanism 32.
