A rotary electric machine MG1, an output differential gear mechanism DF1, and a transmission mechanism T are disposed on a separated axis different from the first shaft X1. The entire disposing area in an axial direction L of the distributing differential gear mechanism SP is overlapped with a disposing area in the axial direction L of an internal combustion engine EG.
