To solve the problem in which: a pneumatic tire for a competition requires various performances and, particularly, requires excellent steering stability (dry grip performance); and, such a method is employed that blends large volumes of high-glass transition temperature styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber and small particle-size carbon black and improves heat build-up properties; but, the method can improve the dry grip performance, while causing a deterioration of breaking strength resulting in worsened wear resistance.SOLUTION: A tire rubber composition contains, based on styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber 100 pts.mass, carbon black of 50-200 pts.mass, and a carbon nanotube-polymer complex with a polymer attached to at least part of carbon nanotube of 0.1-15 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】競技用の空気入りタイヤに求められる性能は多岐にわたり、特に操縦安定性(ドライグリップ性能)が優れることが要求されている。そこで、ガラス転移温度の高いスチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムや、粒子径の小さいカーボンブラックを高配合し、発熱性を高める手法が採用されている。しかし、前記手法では、ドライグリップ性能の向上は図れるものの、破断強度が低下するため耐摩耗性が悪化するという問題点があった。【解決手段】スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴム100質量部に対し、カーボンブラックを50〜200質量部、および、カーボンナノチューブの少なくとも1部にポリマーが添着したカーボンナノチューブ−ポリマー複合体を0.1〜15質量部配合してなることを特徴とするタイヤ用ゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
