To provide an attachment structure of a vehicle battery pack which enables reduction of a possibility of damage of the vehicle battery pack even if a vehicle is collided in a lateral direction.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a vehicle battery pack includes: a pair of left and right side sills extending in a vehicle fore and aft direction and forming a vehicle body skeleton member; a vehicle battery pack which is disposed spaced apart from the pair of left and right side sills between the pair of left and right side sills; and an attachment bracket having a tray on which the vehicle battery pack is placed, and arms which extend from the pair of left and right side sills toward the tray at both sides as seen in the vehicle fore and aft direction of the tray and hang the tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4-2
