To provide an attachment structure of a vehicle battery pack which makes a load caused by deformation of a floor panel less likely to be transmitted to a battery module and can inhibit deformation of the battery module.SOLUTION: In an attachment structure of a vehicle battery pack, an inverter 10 is attached to a body case 11 through a bracket 14. An upper case 13 is formed with an expansion part 13B which expands to the vertical upper side of a vehicle 1 so that a center part of a battery module 9 as seen in a vehicle width direction becomes higher than both end parts as seen in the vehicle width direction. The inverter 10 is housed in the body case 11 so as to be located below the expansion part 13B. The expansion part 13B is installed so as to overlap with the bracket 14 in a vertical direction when viewed from above the vehicle 1 in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
