To provide a tire abrasion detection device which can detect a tire abrasion state with better accuracy.SOLUTION: According to this tire abrasion detection device, abrasion data is transmitted from a tire side device 1, and a tire abrasion state is determined at an abrasion determination part 21ba provided on a vehicle body system 2 on the basis of abrasion data. The tire side device 1 comprises: a vibration detection part 11 which outputs a detection signal according to a magnitude of tire vibration; a vehicle speed estimation part 12 which estimates a vehicle speed which is a speed of a vehicle; and a control part 13 which generates abrasion data which indicates tire abrasion state appearing in a waveform of the detection signal. The control part 13 determines and captures the capture range of the detection signal on the basis of the vehicle speed estimated by the vehicle speed estimation part 12, determines a level value of a vibration level of a prescribed frequency band based on a natural vibration frequency of tire including a rubber block of tire from the captured detection signal, and so makes the same as to be abrasion data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】より精度良くタイヤ摩耗状態を検知できるタイヤ摩耗検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ側装置1から摩耗データを送信し、車体側システム2に備えられる摩耗判定部21baにて、摩耗データに基づいてタイヤ摩耗状態を判定する。タイヤ側装置1には、タイヤの振動の大きさに応じた検出信号を出力する振動検出部11と、車両の速度である車速を推定する車速推定部12と、検出信号の波形に現れるタイヤの摩耗状態を示す摩耗データを生成する制御部13とを備える。制御部13では、車速推定部12で推定された車速に基づいて、検出信号の取込み範囲を決めて取込み、取り込んだ検出信号からタイヤのゴムブロックを含むタイヤの固有振動周波数に基づく所定周波数帯の振動レベルのレベル値を求めて摩耗データとする。【選択図】図2
