To provide a molding capable of easily determining the existence of fracture in a fiber reinforced composite material molding including a skin material and a core material, and a motor vehicle roof member capable of easily determining the existence of fracture.SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced composite material molding 10 including a skin material 11 and a core material 12 causes the bending fracture of the skin material 11 before the shear fracture of the core material 12 when causing shear strain in the thickness direction.
