PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit strain caused by thermal shrinkage of resin after thermoforming while increasing the rigidity of a fiber-reinforced composite material.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material includes: first and second fiber materials 11 and 12 having a square shaped outer shape where the acute angle B1 of the angles made by two diagonal lines L1 and L2 is less than 60°, and comprising reinforced fibers R1 and R2 oriented in parallel to the diagonal lines L1 and L2; and a third fiber material 13 comprising third reinforced fibers R3 oriented in parallel to a bisector of the obtuse angle of the angles made by the two diagonal lines L1 and L2. The rigidity of the third fiber material 13 is set higher than that of the first fiber material 11, and also that of the second fiber material 12.
