To provide a hood structure which enables improvement of collision energy absorption characteristics.SOLUTION: A hood member 2 includes: a hood outer panel 4; and a hood inner panel 5 which is disposed on a rear surface side 4c of the hood outer panel 4. The hood inner panel 5 has: a general surface 6 which is disposed spaced apart from a rear surface side of the hood outer panel 4; a protruding part 7 which expands from the general surface 6 in a direction of the hood outer panel 4; and an opening 8 which is formed on an upper surface 7a of the protruding part 7. Further, the hood inner panel 5 has a slit part 7d which is formed by cutting out an inclined surface 7c from the opening 8 beyond a ridge line 7b of the protruding part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
