To prevent a vehicle overturning due to crosswind and prevent an occupant from being thrown from a side window even when a vehicle is overturned.SOLUTION: When the strength of crosswind F is equal to or greater than a threshold, a restriction panel 2 is rotated, and thus the vehicle center side of the restriction panel 2 partitioned into left and right sections is lifted upward, and the crosswind F is distributed and down force FD is generated. Consequently, a vehicle 1 is prevented from being influenced by the crosswind F and is avoided (prevented) from being overturned. When an overturned state is detected, the restriction panel 2 is further rotated and thus covers a side window of the vehicle 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】横風に対する車両の横転を抑制すると共に、横転しても、側面ウインドウからの乗員の放出を抑制する。【解決手段】横風Fの強さがしきい値以上になった際に、抑制パネル2を回動させて、左右に分割された抑制パネル2の車両中央側を上部に持ち上げ、横風Fを分散させると共にダウンフォースFDを発生させ、車両1に対する横風Fによる影響を抑制して横転を防止(抑制)し、横転状態が検出されると、抑制パネル2を更に回動させて車両1の側面ウインドウを覆う。【選択図】図1
