The invention discloses a collision and overturning prevention device of a phosphate rock transport vehicle. An overturning prevention rod is installed at the head of the phosphate rock transport vehicle vertically and is composed of three short rods, namely a collision prevention rod, a connecting rod and a supporting rod sequentially from top to bottom; the lower end of the collision prevention rod is connected to the upper end of the connecting rod, the lower end of the connecting rod is provided with a screwed hole, and the upper end of the supporting rod is provided with external screw threads corresponding to the screwed hole of the lower end of the connecting rod; the lower end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected to the head of the phosphate rock transport vehicle. According to the device, the overturning prevention rod is installed at the head of the phosphate rock transport vehicle additionally and is capable of pressing to the top of a mine when the phosphate rock transport vehicle overturns due to various conditions, and overturning is prevented; the length of the overturning prevention rod can be changed by changing the supporting rod to be adaptive to different mines.
