To provide a propeller shaft which is largely increased in a slide amount.SOLUTION: A propeller shaft 1 comprises: a first shaft member 2 having a first end part 2a and a second end part 2b being both end parts of the first shaft member 2 in a rotation axial line P direction; a first constant velocity joint 3 having a first inner ring member and a first outer ring member 34; and a second constant velocity joint 4 having a second inner ring member and a second outer ring member 44. When the first shaft member moves toward the first end part from the second end part in the rotation axial line direction, a distance in which a second ball 42 can move toward an edge part 44a1 of a second race groove 44a is longer than a distance in which a bottom part 34b of the first outer ring can move toward the first end part of the first shaft member, and when the first shaft member moves toward the second end part from the first end part, a distance in which a first ball 32 can move toward an edge part 34a1 of a first race groove 34a is longer than a distance in which the second end part can move toward a bottom part of the second outer ring member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
