To provide a distance information interpolation device, an object detection system, and a distance information interpolation program that can acquire a distance to an object with a low reflectance without installing multiple sensors.SOLUTION: A control unit 200 comprises a distance measurement point group data generation unit 211 and a pixel replacement unit 212. The distance measurement point group data generation unit 211 acquires distance measurement point group data composed of a plurality of pixels indicating distribution of distance values calculated based on a time interval from irradiation by light scanning over a measurement region to reception of reflected light from an object in the measurement region. The pixel replacement unit 212 replaces the distance value of a pixel in which the distance value cannot be acquired based on the reflected light, according to a predetermined interpolation rule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数台のセンサーを設置しなくても、反射率が低い物体までの距離を取得することができる距離情報補間装置、物体検出システム、および距離情報補間プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】制御装置200は、測距点群データ生成部211および画素置換部212を有する。測距点群データ生成部211は、測定領域に渡り、光を走査しながら照射し、測定領域における物体からの反射光を受光するまでの時間間隔に基づいて算出した距離値の分布を示す複数の画素で構成された測距点群データを取得する。画素置換部212は、反射光に基づいて距離値を取得できない画素に対して、所定の補間ルールに基づいて距離値を置換する。【選択図】図1
