To determine a future traveling direction of an object.SOLUTION: Sensor data may be received that includes a bounding box 420 representing an object in an environment of a vehicle 100 and information identifying a location of a sensor data point corresponding to the object. An area 610 corresponding to a wheel of the object may be identified based on a dimension of the bounding box. An attitude of the wheel may then be estimated based on the sensor data point having a position in the area.
