To perform warming-up by utilizing waste heat of a converter regardless of whether a vehicle is being traveled or stopped.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a warm-up control device for a vehicle comprising a step-up converter 3 including a first switching element T31 as an upper arm, a second switching element T32 as a lower arm, and a reactor L. The second switching element T32 is constituted of a semiconductor element capable of varying a resistance value. When there is a warming-up request, a control section 6 sets the resistance value of the second switching element T32 higher than a resistance value during operation in a case that there is no warming-up request, and executes warm-up control by making a current flow to the second switching element T32 and supplying heat which is generated in the second switching element T32, to an apparatus requesting warming-up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
