To support determination of adaptive drive operation during driving by an automatic drive vehicle in accordance with operation reliability of a camera mounted on the automatic drive vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control ECU 50 is arranged on an automatic drive vehicle 10 on which a camera 11 is mounted. The vehicle control ECU 50 includes: a reliability calculation unit 155 for analyzing a captured image on which an object is within an angle of view of the camera 11 to calculate reliability of the camera 11 based on the results of the analysis; an instruction speed determination unit 17 for determining speed control to be performed by the automatic drive vehicle 10 based on calculated reliability of the camera 11; and a speed instruction generating unit 19 for transmitting an automatic drive speed instruction compliant to the determined speed control to a vehicle control unit 20 for executing automatic drive of the automatic drive vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
