To apply brake force in an appropriate aspect if there is a possibility of an erroneous brake-operation by a driver during travel in an automatic drive mode.SOLUTION: An automatic drive vehicle system comprises: a concordance rate calculation unit 52 that calculates a concordance rate of a driver's intention with respect to a deceleration operation detected by a brake operation detector 322; and a brake control unit 461 that, if the calculated concordance rate is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, controls a brake actuator 51 according to the deceleration operation. If a first deceleration command value corresponding to an action plan is greater an a second deceleration command value resulting from a driver's deceleration operation detected by the brake operation detector 322 when the calculated concordance rate is lower than the predetermined value, the brake control unit 461 controls the brake actuator 51 according to the action plan, and if the first deceleration command value is equal to or lower than the second deceleration command value, controls the brake actuator 51 according to the deceleration operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
