To provide a reusable rocket at low cost.SOLUTION: A rocket comprises an in-the-atmosphere flight part (in-the-atmosphere propulsion part 3) and an outer-space flight part (rocket body 2). In the atmosphere, the rocket ascends through the use of air by the in-the-atmosphere flight part. After an ascent to an outer space, the outer-space flight part is separated. After the separation, the utilization of the air makes the in-the-atmosphere flight part descend and land.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
