To provide an accelerating device structured so as to be hardly deformed and broken excessively when fully opening an accelerator.SOLUTION: An accelerating device 100 comprises a pad 200, a case 300 having an inner storage space SP, an inner movable mechanism 400, and an arm 500 that connects the pad 200 to the inner movable mechanism 400. When viewing the case 300 from the pad 200 side, a fully-opened stopper 390 is provided on an outer wall surface of the case 300 in a position closer to an outer periphery than a range overlapping with the inner storage space SP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
