To provide a lock nut and a lock bolt that are hard to remove even using a special tool, and are easy to machine.SOLUTION: An anti-theft lock 1 comprises a lock nut 1 that is attached to a wheel fixture 2 composed of a wheel bolt 2 of an automobile or a wheel nut to prevent the theft of a wheel, or a lock bolt. The anti-theft lock 1 is equipped with a screw portion, and a disc-shaped head portion rotation-operating the screw portion. The head portion has a size concealing at least a part of a rotation-operating portion 23 of the wheel fixture 2 when viewed from a rear end side in an axial direction, and at least a part of the rear end side on an outer peripheral surface is formed to be an inclined surface. On the inclined surface, a plurality of key holes for engaging rotation protrusions of a rotary tool rotation-operating the head portion is scattered and disposed around an axis 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
