The invention provides a fork anti-theft lock comprising a fork body, a signal receiver, a driving motor, an opening lock and a locking rod. The edge of the locking rod is provided with a transmission rack which is engaged with a gear installed on an output shaft of the driving motor; the locking rod is arranged along the edge of a lower groove and can be driven to slide along the groove by the driving motor; the signal receiver is serially connected to a guide wire connecting the driving motor and a battery; the fork body is provided with a key insertion hole corresponding to a key hole of the opening lock. When the other end of an arc plate is clamped in a locking groove, a locking switch contact pin moves downward and presses a contact of a locking limiting switch, a lockout circuit is disconnected and the driving motor stops working. When opening is needed, a user can take out a rubber plug from the side of a fork and turn a lock cylinder by using a key; a shifting fork on a lock cylinder rotating shaft moves the locking block upward through a shifting block and further the other end of the arc plate is disengaged from the locking groove; then the locking rod is pushed into a guide sleeve manually and the fork lock is opened.
