The second acting portion is pivotally mounted on the second base portion and rotates along the rotation path. The second latch portion is provided in the rotation path and is limited in position by the first latch portion. The second acting portion has a first pushing structure and a second pushing structure, and the first acting portion is provided in the rotation path.
