To provide an interior structure of a railway vehicle which can effectively absorb noises in low frequency zones, as well as secure enough passenger room space.SOLUTION: An interior structure 1 of a railway vehicle constitutes a passenger room 3 formed in a vehicle body 2 of the railway vehicle, and constitutes an inner surface of the passenger room 3 with sound absorbing components 30A, 30B, 30C, 30D, 30E and 30F that are made from porous material 301 with prescribed thickness and therefore can effectively absorb noises in low frequency zones, as well as secure enough passenger room space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
