To provide a suspending frame device of a plate-like body that can reduce deflection caused when lifting a mat, easily performs positioning during laying, does not apply tension to a slinging wire rope, can be easily removed, and can be laid when there are two or more points of gradient changes regardless of a gradient angle of a cross section, and a laying method.SOLUTION: The suspending frame device includes a body suspending frame 19, which uses a vertical beam 15 of a suspending frame including a vertical beam 15 and a transverse beam 16 as an articulated frame, and an auxiliary suspending frame 18, which suspends the body suspending frame 19 and is suspended from a crane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
