The present invention relates to a feeding lifting apparatus, which comprises a support frame, wherein the support frame is fixedly connected with a material discharge port, the feeding suspending apparatus further comprises a suspending frame and a material bag, the material bag is suspended on the suspending frame through a suspending rope, the suspending frame is erected on the top portion of the support frame, the material bag is positioned above the material discharge port, the support frame comprises four support vertical rods and two support horizontal rods, the four support vertical rods present the rectangular distribution on the plane, and the two support horizontal rods are fixedly connected on the top surfaces of the two groups of the parallel support vertical rods. According to the present invention, the material bag is directly fixed on the suspending frame, such that the material out from the material bag can be directly supplied for production so as to provide advantages of small material bin eliminating, investment saving, easy operation and easy observation; and the feeding lifting apparatus has characteristics of simple structure, accurate determining, high reliability, low cost, and easy promotion use.
