The transmission-and-reception circuit 102 transmits a command Cm to transmit first radio waves Rs including first information indicating a transmission source to each of one or more slave devices. The transmission-and-reception circuit 102 receives the first radio waves Rs and second radio waves Rk including second information Rkj indicating, for each slave device, a first intensity Rs1 that is the reception intensity of the first radio waves Rs at a specific position. The correction value calculation section 104 obtains a correction value Cr for each slave device by comparing a second intensity Rs2 and a standard value Ref of the second intensity Rs2 for each slave device. The second intensity Rs2 is the reception intensity of the first radio waves Rs at the transmission-and-reception circuit 102.
