To provide a rear-end collision impact relaxing device for a work vehicle that has high-impact force adsorption capacity using a cushion drum, can be configured to be an inexpensive device and improves the visibility thereof in the night and the like by lighting the whole cushion drum.SOLUTION: A rear-end collision impact relaxing device 14 installed in a rear end of a work vehicle 4 is formed by arranging multiple barrel-shaped cushion drums 13 having a hollow interior in which a water bag is stored. A lighting device is installed on a back side of a lid 16 of the cushion drum 13 and irradiates the water bag with light from the lighting device to light the whole drum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
