To blow air for air conditioning toward an arbitrary portion above a crew member while enlarging a variable region of a directivity angle by a Coanda effect.SOLUTION: On a rear wall part 13 of an instrument panel 12, an air outlet 14 and an inclination wall part 15 which is adjacent to its upper side, increases its height toward a downstream side, and has an angle α with respect to a vertical surface VS of 30° to 40° are formed. An upper fin 41 and a lower fin 42 are each supported by a fin shaft 44 so as to be tilted in a vertical direction. The lower fin 42 is tiltable to 30° lower side with respect to a horizontal surface HS at the maximum. When the lower fin 42 is tilted at the maximum angle to the lower side, a first interlock mechanism M1 interlocks the upper fin 41 with the lower fin 42 and tilts it so that an angle of the upper fin 41 to the lower fin 42 becomes larger than that in the horizontal state. In a bottom wall part 27 of a retainer 21, a downstream slope face 38 inclined so as to increase its height toward a downstream side is formed on the lower part of the upstream end of the lower fin 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
