To suppress power consumption by a motor while suppressing an occupant in a vehicle from listening to audible sound.SOLUTION: A driver 56B includes: a transistor Tr1 that can open and close a space between one end of winding of a wiper motor 18 and a positive electrode of a battery 80; a transistor Tr2 that can open and close a space between the other end of the winding of the wiper motor 18 and the positive electrode of the battery 80; a transistor Tr3 that can open and close a space between the one end of the winding of the wiper motor 18 and a negative electrode of the battery 80; and a transistor Tr4 that can open and close a space between the other end of the winding of the wiper motor 18 and the negative electrode of the battery 80. A wiper ECU 58 and a pre-driver 56A supply PWM signals for driving the wiper motor 18 by PWM to the transistors of the driver 56B and control frequencies of the PWM signals according to sound volumes in a vehicle interior of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
