PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular motor drive device having a cycloid speed reducing machine capable of assuring supply of lubricant oil for a roller bearing at a speed reducing part, capable of attaining low cost lubricant oil supply structure, attaining an easy assembling work for the roller bearing and showing no error in assembling work.SOLUTION: A vehicular motor drive device is made in such a way that a speed reducer input shaft 25 is formed with a lubricant oil passage 25c extending in an axial direction and formed with a lubricant oil supply port 25d branched from the lubricant oil passage and extending up to an outer diameter surface 25g of an eccentric part 25a, an inner race 42 of a rolling bearing 41 fixed to an outer diameter surface of the eccentric part is formed with an oil hole 42b passing from the inner diameter surface up to an inner raceway surface 42a, the lubricant oil is supplied from the lubricant oil passage to the inner raceway surface through the lubricant oil supply port and the oil hole, a partial groove 25h with an outer diameter surface being partially removed in a circumferential direction is formed at a position including a non-load range at the outer diameter surface of the eccentric part, the lubricant oil supply port is opened at this partial groove and at the same time there is provided one oil hole at the inner race, this oil hole is arranged in the non-load range and communicated with the partial groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】減速部の転がり軸受の潤滑油の供給を確保し、潤滑油供給構造の低コスト化が図れ、転がり軸受の組み付け作業が容易で、組み間違いのないサイクロイド減速機を有する車両用モータ駆動装置の提供。【解決手段】減速機入力軸25に軸線方向に延びる潤滑油路25cが形成され、この油路から分岐して偏心部25aの外径面25gまで延びる潤滑油供給口25dが形成され、偏心部の外径面に取り付けられた転がり軸受41の内輪42に内径面から内側軌道面42aまで貫通する油孔42bが形成され、潤滑油路から潤滑油供給口、油孔を経て内側軌道面に潤滑油を供給するものにおいて、偏心部の外径面の無荷重範囲を含む位置に外径面を周方向に一部分除去した部分溝25hを形成しこの部分溝に潤滑油供給口を開口させると共に、内輪の油孔を1個所とし、この油孔が無荷重範囲内に配置されかつ部分溝に連通していることを特徴とする車両用モータ駆動装置。【選択図】図7
